The economic development team of a major Midwest metro needed a system to manage business development and builder incentive activity and key in on financial and workforce ROI.  Using Sales Cloud with Checklist on the AppExchange we enabled visibility to both city and EDC resources.  Future plans will add geo-mapping for graphic view of the investment map to determine where new incentives would have the most impact and project management capabilities for greater efficiency across all project stakeholders.
