Our Healthcare IT client provides infusion pumps for cancer and pain management treatments.  The engagement began by defining processes for new product offerings while streamlining existing product offerings and reducing the total footprint of systems. With the capability of Salesforce SalesCloud and Force.com development we created interfaces with legacy systems to allow Salesforce to become the source of information for sales, inventory, and patient treatment details.

This process analysis enabled a single view of customers information across both private and third party payer networks, annual savings in the reduction of the IT footprint, and better cash management though more accurate inventory tracking.
